Clubhouse Rental Agreement
All reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.
Residents must be current on their dues to rent the Clubhouse or Pool, then contact the Villages of Glenbrook at 402.572.1008
and also Email request to: clubhouse@villagesofglenbrook.org
to verify availability.
Once the date(s) are verified by the Association, then send a formal request using that attached form to reserve the clubhouse with the $100.00 rental fee and the $200.00 deposit that must accompany the form. If you cancel the rental two weeks or less before the rental date, only the deposit fee will be refunded. The rental fee will not be refunded. Clubhouse keys are not handed out to renters. An Association directors will unlock the clubhouse for you the day of the rental and you will lock it upon leaving, after clean up.
GLENBROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION CLUBHOUSE RENTAL RULES
RENTAL FEE AND DEPOSIT:
The rental fee is $100.00 per day. Both the rental fee along with a damage deposit of $200.00 must be mailed to the Glenbrook Homes Association. The deposit will be returned after the approval of a GHA Board Director. Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. When the forms to reserve the Clubhouse are received, the rental fee of $100.00 and the deposit fee of $200.00 is due at that time. If the rental is cancelled two weeks or less before the scheduled date, the rental fee will not be refunded. The $200.00 deposit will be returned.
PLEASE NOTE: Please read and follow the conditions of the rental contract.
ROOM CAPACITY: 50 PERSONS - Club house rental only.
- Only residents of Glenbrook whose dues are current may rent the clubhouse/pool and will be responsible for all activities during the rental. Those residents who rent their home must pay with two cashier checks or money orders.
- Failure to appear at the stated time will result in forfeit of this contract. The club house $100.00 rental fee and/or pool rental fee will not be refunded.
- All catering possessions must be removed after activities or the deposit will be retained.
- Glenbrook MUST approve all party decorations other than flowers. Please advise what materials are going to be used.
- Nail pounding is absolutely prohibited! Any taping should not damage the clubhouse fixtures, walls or any other painted surfaces.
- Balloons should not free float in the building; they must be secured. (Loose balloons interfere with the security system.)
- The resident/host is responsible to advise the Caterer and Bartender to keep the clubhouse neat and orderly during the party. Everything must be cleaned up after the party.
- Caterer and Bartender must remove all trash.
- The clubhouse rental does not include use of the swimming pool. Pool rental is a separate rental option.
- The resident/host must be on site during the duration of the party.
- Glenbrook residents must be current on their Association fees in order to be eligible to rent the clubhouse/pool.
- Glenbrook is not responsible for dusting before clubhouse rental.
Pool Parties
- $125 – up to 2 hrs – limit of 25 guests
- $150 – up to 2 hrs – more than 25 guests
- *$160 – up to 3 hrs – limit of 25 guests
- *$185 – up to 3 hrs – more than 25 guests
*Must be selected at the time reservations are made, no refunds if less than 25 guests come to the event.
- Pool and clubhouse are not available for rent on Tuesdays.
- Life guard will be provided and is included in the fee.
- General pool rules will be observed at all times.
- Deposit will be the same as regular club house rental, $200 and will be returned if the club house and pool area are cleaned and rules are followed without incident.
- Any actions by the renting party (resident) or his/her guest that result in the police being called will result in the suspension of clubhouse and pool rental privileges’ for a 12 month period from the date of the incident. The deposit will be forfeited.

Clubhouse Closing Time and non-rental days:
The clubhouse is available for rental on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day or Easter Sunday), subject to the availability of personnel to open the building.
All clean up must be completed by 1:00 a.m.
All party belongings should be removed that night; only rental items might be stored until the next day. If rental tables and chairs need to be removed by us, there will be a charge added to the bill.
All rules must be strictly adhered to. Any violation will result in the loss of your deposit! Please call the GHA line (402.572.1008), two weeks before the rental date. Deposit should be received via USPS two weeks prior to the rental date.
Users not courteous and cooperative with management or other representatives will be denied future use.
