Assessment Fees
Monthly assessments are due from each Glenbrook property owner
on the first of the month. There are different assessments for
townhouse owners and for single family property owners.
If you are uncertain about the amount of your monthly assessment
please contact the Glenbrook Homes Association hotline (402) 572-1008 or using the contact information found on here.
We encourage all residents to use automatic bill pay through your bank. This will make sure that your dues are paid on time and you don't have any late fees. If you don't wish to do this, it is also possible to set up an automatic withdrawal by our bank. If you decide to go this route, please contact either treasurer, Mindy Morgan (SF)
or Mara MooreTH)
and they will get you the necessary information to get this done.

- Single Family (Glenbrook): $40.00
- Town Home (Woodgate): $218.00
- Vacant Lot (Woodgate): $54.50
