In 2005, Terminix performed a Liquid Barrier Treatment around all the town homes in Glenbrook. This treatment was for the protection of termites and the damage that occurred or could occur in the future. All town homes are covered by the Terminix Ultimate Protection Guarantee. In order to keep this coverage in place, Terminix needs to schedule an inspection of each town home, both interior and exterior. This annual inspection will take less than 30 minutes of your time. This protection is renewed each year and is included in your monthly assessments.
